LOS ANGELES, CA – On the evening of July 1st, Emirates started their second flight into LAX Airport. The second flight (just like the first) is operated by the world largest passenger aircraft, the A380.

Leading up to the flight, Ralph Ildefonso, Operations Manager for Global Elite Group, made sure logistics were in order  for this milestone. He made sure to recruit a number of agents and was well staffed for the flight.

Prior to its arrival, Global’s EK team was briefed on the protocols and Ralph coordinated logistics with the cleaning company that was on hand. With the flight leaving only 19 minutes late after arriving 50 minutes late, Global is ecstatic that our crews were able to work fast and efficient.

Paul Tuite, the Airport Services Manager for Emirates, took the time to thank our team and our great work.

We are excited for this new expansion for Emirates in LAX and look forward to more flights in the future.
