Global Elite Group Provides Services to Bahamasair

New York, New York— Bahamasair, the national flag carrier of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, has contracted with Global Elite Group for security of aircraft and catering. The airline will be serviced out of Houston (IAH), for twice-weekly flight routes between Nassau, Bahamas to Houston. The first flight to depart Bush International Airport, on November 16th, was greeted with water cannons saluting the newest carrier to IAH. “Global is very excited to be working with Bahamasair at of one of the busiest hubs in the U.S.,” comments William McGuire, President and CEO of Global Elite Group.

Bahamasair was established in 1973 and is wholly owned by the Bahamas Government. Originally used as transportation between Nassau, the nation’s capital and the remote Family of Islands, service quickly expanded to include other Caribbean nations, and the U.S.
