In addition to overseeing day-to-day service delivery for aviation clients, Victor heads up international business development and operations.

Mr. Bonventre is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the company. Mr. Bonventre brings over 15 years of financial management and customer service experience to the team as well as 9 years of emergency response experience.

Senior Vice President

Philip Cain has joined the firm after serving as the airport manager for Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA) in Kenya.

Cain has a proven record of customer service, project management and airport community relations accomplishments in the field of international airline management with Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations for Global Security Associates' Aviation Security Division, Lucia Oswald is responsible for security services and International customer service programs at all of our Domestic Stations (JFK, LAX,MIA,IAH, IAD, DFW, EWR, SEA).

Vice President - Middle East

Ritchie has spent his career in operational roles covering airline operations, aviation security, business continuity and emergency planning with a major United Kingdom Airline. Ritchie rewrote the airline's corporate emergency procedures manual, covering all subjects relating to a company response. He has commanded the airline's response to a myriad of crises. Ritchie's remit has covered the world and he appreciates the need to be understanding and flexible when dealing with the diversity of different cultures around the world. Ritchie naturally has a safety-first culture and fully believes safety and security can be delivered with a high degree of customer service.

Director, Quality Assurance & Training

     Joseph R. Nadolny has been with Global Security since 2006. Prior to becoming Director of Training & QA in 2008; Joe was Manager of Human Resources & Administration. Joe was responsible for all HR functions of the organization during its rapid growth.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Bryan Davis joined the Global Elite team in 2011 as Director of Sales & Marketing. He brings over 15 years of successful executive sales and marketing experience to Global.  He has held key management roles for the New York Islanders Hockey Club, The Hamlet Cup Men's ATP Tennis Tournament, and Contemporary Realty Solutions on Long Island, New York.

Director of Human Resources & Administration

Mrs. Villani joined the Global Elite team in 2008. Since then, she has been promoted and recognized for her outstanding achievements that include consistently going above and beyond her scope of responsibilities day in and day out. Her attention to detail, coupled with her ability to get things done earned her the chance to reorganize and head up the Global Elite Group's Human Resources Department.

Regional Director - Africa

Having grown up in Southern Africa Jason has lived in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), Botswana and South Africa. He has extensive work experience throughout Africa having conducted security operations in more than 16 countries on the continent.

Regional Director - Europe

A British citizen, Graduate of London University with twenty years experience in aviation security, Mr. Mackay currently is responsible for European operations.

Law Enforcement & Government Liaison

Joseph A. Scarano Jr. has had a distinguished 26-year career with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and the first Commanding Officer to Command JFK as a single Commander in 30 plus years. During this time he was responsible for the law enforcement activities of 250 police resources as well as serving as liaison for 14 federal agencies for the Port Authority.
